Nabhi Yantra

The Vastu Nabhi Yantra (also known as the Vastu Naval Yantra or Vastu Shanku) is a specialized Vedic tool used to balance and strengthen the Brahmasthan—the central “navel” or energy core of a building.

In Vastu Shastra, the center of a home is compared to the human navel (Nabhi). Just as the navel is the source of life and energy for the body, the Brahmasthan is the source of energy for the entire structure.

Key Components & Description

A “Sampurna” (complete) Vastu Nabhi Yantra is often a sophisticated multi-layered device, usually made of Panchdhatu (a five-metal alloy) or Brass. It typically incorporates:

• Central Pyramid: To attract and amplify cosmic energy.

• Tortoise (Kurma): Symbolizing stability and long life.

• Navgraha Symbols: Representing the nine planets to balance astrological influences.

• Shree Yantras: To attract wealth and spiritual prosperity.

• Lotus Symbol: Representing purity and divine birth.

• Gemstones/Crystals: Often includes clear quartz or specific stones to clear geopathic stress and neutralize negative vibrations.

Primary Benefits

• Brahmasthan Correction: It is specifically used when the center of a house has “doshas” (defects) such as a heavy wall, a pillar, a staircase, or a toilet in the middle of the property.

• Energy Stabilization: It acts as an “energy anchor,” stabilizing the flow of Prana (life force) throughout the rooms.

• Protection: Shields the inhabitants from “evil eyes” and negative environmental energies.

• Prosperity: By clearing energy blocks in the center, it is believed to help in the smooth flow of finances and family harmony.

Ideal Placement

• The Center (Brahmasthan): The most effective placement is buried in the floor or placed exactly at the center of the house.

• Alternative Spots: If the center is inaccessible, it can be placed:

  • Northeast Corner: For general well-being and mental peace.

  • Southwest Corner: To ensure stability and sound sleep.

  • Office/Cash Box: To specifically attract financial growth.

• Height: Ideally kept at least 3 feet above the ground if not buried.
